These cases describe, from our point of view, an alarming incident, which is based, among other things, on how the information about the cases is conveyed to the public. Let’s say someone would commit a crime. Outwardly, the best course of action would be to blame someone else’s act, and it would not be helpful to even help arrest that other person. Either way, these cases are presented to the public. All you have to do is look for the individuals who are following a “hot” trail to distract them from their own malicious misdeeds.
