A0530: How can we imagine the diffusion of particle waves through the plane of quanta? – Part 5
When man gathers his fractals of consciousness around his human body, he awakens the consciousness that is the personality consciousness and that is you as a person. Not all personality fractals are gathered around the human body after awakening, so there are still personality consciousness fractals that have not been attracted. The body is responsible for attracting these fractals of consciousness when you awaken and they are released when the body consciousness finds that the body has fallen asleep. If you are able to outwit the human body by allowing it to fall asleep when you are awake, then you can make an astral journey if you manage, through your power of thought, to maintain the attraction between the consciousness fractals of your personality consciousness. If it is not the body alone that keeps the attraction happening, then you can train something that will not only keep this attraction of the fractals of consciousness going, but you can also permanently attract more fractals of consciousness through training so that you are more conscious during the day and when you are more conscious you can think faster. When you can think faster, you are capable of more than you were before. In this blog entry we will introduce an exercise that will ensure that you strengthen this attraction of the fractals of consciousness and you will build up knowledge that will make the consciousness of man seem more understandable.
If you want to know how to strengthen this attraction, we will first explain what is happening so that you understand what your consciousness is all about. If you are highly concentrated, do you actually know what this concentration is exactly, we ask? No? Fine, then we can explain it. When you concentrate, you gather the rest of the fractals of consciousness from your personality consciousness, but something else happens. When you concentrate on a task, all the sub-consciousnesses of your personality consciousness are drawn together because everyone is constantly splitting the personality consciousness. Every car ride, every conversation and every action of yours will always cause you to split the personality consciousness into two or more subconsciousnesses. Each time you split the personality consciousness, there are subconsciousnesses that now have fewer fractals of consciousness than before the split. The subconsciousness of the personality consciousness that has the most fractals of consciousness among the split subconsciousnesses is the consciousness with which you usually reflect, because each reflection always results in another subconsciousness being split off. How can you imagine this, we ask?
Imagine the following situation and try not to think about it too long. Now, if you wondered what not to think about for so long, then you have split off a subconsciousness for a short time for this. A subconsciousness reads this text and suddenly the announcement comes that you should not think about it for too long and that is exactly what you will do now. But because the partial consciousness for reading the text cannot also think about it, it automatically splits off a partial consciousness from itself, so that the partial consciousness has fewer consciousness fractals and has left so many consciousness fractals to the other partial consciousness that this partial consciousness can now think about what it should not think about. But because the new partial consciousness does not understand what it should not think about, it becomes more and more conscious because it now requests more consciousness fractals to think about what it should not think about for too long. As the partial consciousness for reading the text has even more fractals of consciousness than the new partial consciousness, it will hand over more and more fractals of consciousness and your attention will change from reading the text to thinking about what the reader should not think about for too long.
Your focus changes from reading to thinking. When the new subconsciousness realises that this was a test and that it really doesn’t have to think about it much longer, something happens that we have never described in such detail before. How do two or more subconsciousnesses of a person merge, we ask? When the two subconsciousnesses of the personality consciousness go about their business, there must also be a mechanism that splits off a subconsciousness and a mechanism that reintegrates the subconsciousness and this mechanism is in the body consciousness because the body consciousness determines how many consciousness fractals are gathered around your body and it also determines when a subconsciousness is split off and when it is reintegrated.
The body consciousness is provided by the planet on which the being’s body was created. The body consciousness belongs to the human body and the consciousness does not belong to the spiritual being that inhabits the body. If the body dies, the body consciousness will change back to where it came from. For the time of bodily life, the body consciousness is integrated into the total consciousness of the person. The total consciousness consists of many partial consciousnesses that divide themselves in such a way as the body consciousness dictates. The body consciousness determines how many fractals of consciousness each energy body receives and it also dictates when a subconsciousness in the personality consciousness should split off because it receives bodily signals that indicate that the person needs to think about something. Suppose you are not thinking about anything, then theoretically no thinking would be necessary. If you don’t need to think, then no partial consciousness needs to split off. If you consisted of only one subconsciousness, so to speak, because no other subconsciousness was split off from the personality consciousness, then you would have a lot of thought power because you would have all the consciousness fractals at your disposal and therefore you could think very quickly, but you do not.
If you want to focus the thought power because you want to think very quickly, then you have to signal to the body consciousness that you have to think about exactly one thing. This also means that you should move as little as possible, because otherwise partial consciousnesses will be split off again for these movements. How do you manage not to think and then to signal to the body consciousness that now exactly one thing has to be thought about, we ask? You have only one way of doing this and you will not like this way because it requires a great deal of discipline which most persons do not want to invest, but if a person has this discipline, then he can work with almost all the consciousness fractals of his personality consciousness because he can concentrate exactly on one thing. How does the body know that it is time to split off a partial consciousness, we ask? By stressing the body. Many processes in a body signal to the body consciousness that the person appears calm or that the person is stressed. When the person appears calm, he or she is actually thinking about one thing and many people would think that the person is daydreaming. The body is calm, the gaze hardly wanders and the person will often gaze at images or scenes in the mind’s eye without thinking about them. When you have reached this state, you can assume that a great many fractals of consciousness are available. Now you only have to know how to manage to think about only one thing, and this is where many people fail, because your way of life and your social system will always ensure that you have to think about many things because they cause you worry. We now want to introduce an exercise that seems very suitable for daydreamers, so that they can think about one thing from a daydream in a highly concentrated way without being distracted by anything else.
Exercise for focused thinking
The daydreamer who is daydreaming must start reciting a mantra while daydreaming. The mantra can be chosen freely, but it should not have any meaning for the daydreamer, so that the daydreamer recites his mantra again and again for a short time during daydreaming. Whenever the daydreamer recites his mantra for a short time, the body consciousness will detect signals in the body that look like some disturbance, so that the body consciousness causes a partial consciousness to be split off. When the daydreamer finishes his mantra after a short time, the body consciousness will again notice the calmness and reintegrate the split-off subconsciousness into the personality consciousness. If you practise this again and again, then from a certain point onwards, the body consciousness will no longer cause the splitting off of a partial consciousness, because it also learns, so that it realises that this procedure does not necessarily require its own partial consciousness. We will explain why this is so in the next blog entry. When the body consciousness has understood that it is not necessary for another subconsciousness to be split off during daydreaming, even if the signals in the body indicate otherwise, then the daydreamer can also start at some point to think about important things during daydreaming instead of reciting the mantra. Then the person has almost all the fractals of consciousness available and can think very quickly.
If the person can think very quickly, then he is capable of so much more, so he just has to train this, for example, to be able to perceive his environment much better. If you have trained this and practise it constantly, then you will have fewer and fewer useless thoughts because you will be less and less stressed and your behaviour will be very calm. You will also not think about so many things at the same time, because the body will always register this when certain processes in the body indicate this.
