A0465: Why are demons not allowed to take any form in the mundane world?

The spiritual beings of the spiritual world are free to choose any form they can think up. However, not all beings are allowed to take on a physical form in the mundane world and there are several reasons for this, which we will now mention. 

1. Every spiritual being must have a good reason for wanting to manifest as a form in the worldly world. This reason must be discussed beforehand in the great council and without the consent of the council it is forbidden for any being to manifest on earth or any other worldly world. 
2. If a reason has been given, then the task is also fixed, so that the chosen form has also been discussed. If a spiritual being wants to appear as a member of the three great main factions, then the task is strictly checked, so that also only members of these main factions are allowed to choose these forms at all. 
3. All possibilities of action of the manifested form are discussed and limited beforehand, because a spiritual being would indeed be able to wipe out whole worlds. The radius of action of the manifested form is severely limited, so that a manifested faction member is extremely rare to find on earth. 
4. There are special rules for the members of the demon faction because demons appear very impulsive and have immense power. If a demon should become angry on the mundane world, the damage caused by these outbursts of rage can hardly be described, so that most demons are forbidden to visit a mundane world in order to manifest themselves there. If there is a good reason why it seems necessary for a demon to manifest on a worldly world, then only in the form that the main factions choose for a confrontation and that you know from your stories. The angels appear bright-eyed in a human form and they wear golden armour. The devils look exactly like the angels, only their battle armour is silver. The demons are indeed an exception, as is so often the case, and everything you have already heard about what they are supposed to look like is very close to the truth. When they are not wearing battle armour, they look human, like almost all spiritual beings in the spiritual world.
