A0415: What is the effect of a guru on his followers?

The guru is a person who manages to win over many people to his cause. In doing so, a guru apparently does nothing at all and yet crowds of people come to the guru, whom we will call followers of the guru, because that is exactly what these followers do, they attach themselves to the guru. The guru takes control of his followers because that is exactly what a guru represents, he controls his followers so that his cause can be advanced. The guru is always likeable and has a charismatic aura. Anyone who now thinks that a guru has worked hard to become a guru, we have to disappoint him, because gurus are born as gurus and this has to do with the fact that a guru in the spiritual world as a spiritual being had decided to change something on earth and for this intention a being is set in such a way that he is born as a guru in order to then later magically attract his followers.
If one day man suddenly decides to push something that is important to him, the hired guru is activated, what do we mean by that, we ask? When the human being is adjusted, there are several parameters that an incarnation can choose for its bodily life. One parameter is the way a person affects other people, something is triggered in the second energy body, which in the case of a woman radiates her procreative ability outwards and in the case of a man, it can be the attraction of followers. We don’t want to call it the guru syndrome, even though that’s what it is, but this magical attraction was set before incarnation so that at a certain point in the person’s life the so-called guru syndrome breaks out. People who have not been adjusted like this have a really hard time building such a following around them, and people who are a guru but don’t want to be a guru have an even harder time, because no matter what they do, they will always attract followers, because the second energy body emits frequencies that are impossible for a follower to resist.
Followers are fundamentally different as persons and only strong-willed potential followers can resist the frequencies of a guru. There are potential followers among you and there are gurus among you, each person decides for himself which path to follow, but once the path is followed, it is difficult to leave that path. Gurus will be delighted because apparently so many people are complimenting him for what he is doing, but actually devotees are as unaccountable as persons in love are. They hardly know what they are doing and this is exploited by many people in whom the guru syndrome is activated.
If a guru really wants his cause to be followed because the cause seems so important to the followers too, then a guru has to stay away from the followers and convince only with his arguments. If the guru wins his followers in this way, then the followers will also not be so will-less as with a guru who lingers among his followers and allows himself to be celebrated. The followers will accept every statement of a guru as true, just as it is the case among persons in love, and followers will defend their guru to the utmost, even if the arguments would aptly prove the opposite, they only have a hearing for the guru.
But if a guru trains his followers, in a way that the knowledge of the matter is very profound, then the followers will also ask critical questions that will make the guru think. If the communication exchange is at eye level, then the guru no longer has a follower, but a companion who is just as convinced of the cause as the guru is.
Very few gurus go this way because it seems more strenuous and is not as enjoyable, because the guru does radiate his frequencies, but he also has to fight against it again and again, because the guru does not want to feel served by his followers, then he would be a guru like any other and his followers would only be will-less persons who do everything for their guru.
