A0376: Who are the beings of the Andromeda Galaxy making the first contact?

They are beings who can hardly be distinguished from humans by their external appearance. Some of them are already walking on your planet in order to map the mental state of the inhabitants so that they can get an overview of which ethnic groups have developed mentally and how far. The writer is just amazed because we have never talked about how people are mentally classified or whole groups of people are mapped according to their mental abilities. This is done in order to be able to better assess and react to the respective peculiarities of the populations during the first contact. The people of the Andromeda Galaxy have been developing their mental abilities for a long time, by which we mean the genetic changes that occur automatically after the official first contact and society as such has always promoted mental abilities.
