A0356: What happens during a meditation?
When someone meditates, the person changes the state of their consciousness, but this explanation is far too imprecise to even begin to describe what exactly actually happens during meditation when a being meditates, because not only you humans on the Earth meditates, but in general every living being can do it and there is the common house cat that can meditate better than a human could ever be able to do.
When a person meditates, they usually close their eyes and try to calm their mind. What do we mean by that, we ask? Your so-called subconscious is constantly sending information that you process in your state of consciousness. In fact, your ego consciousness is constantly sending thoughts to your overall consciousness to remind you to do something because nothing is more terrible than doing nothing. The ego consciousness has other tasks, which we will not go into in this blog post. What comes as a thought from the ego consciousness and why do we even hear these thoughts, we ask? The writer has already discovered his thought pool from which the thoughts seem to arise and then to be present with a time delay in the so-called day consciousness. While observing his thoughts, he has not only discovered the ego consciousness with these distracting thoughts, but he has also heard that something deeper in his consciousness is something from which the thoughts rise and a short time later appears as the present thought in his thoughts. We have tested this on him many times and he was always upset that we put the words and sentences into his mouth, so to speak. He could distinguish it well, but only when he wasn’t mad at us, because other processes then take place in the human mind that make it difficult to recognize these added thoughts. If he got really angry, then we actually controlled that. When he noticed this, he worked on getting more and more control of himself because he hates it when we do something to him. In the process he became calmer and wiser, a lot has happened during this time that made him grow, so that we can hardly use this type of persuasion, even though we keep trying.
This thought pool actually exists and we also say that your ego consciousness is constantly depositing its thoughts and ideas there, so that after some time they can rise into the so- called day consciousness. People who do not meditate in some form will rarely notice it, so something unusual happens to the meditator in order to be able to identify these thoughts.
When the person closes his eyes, then the consciousness begins to transfer his temporarily stored memories through the incarnation tunnel into the incarnation cube, in which your incarnation body with the total consciousness lies. Consciousness has a lot to do here so that all experiences can be fully transferred. Because the consciousness is very busy, your so-called day consciousness can be put to sleep, but you suppress this process by concentrating on not falling asleep. A part of the so-called day consciousness actually relaxes, so that you are actually only still present with a part of your day consciousness in a meditation. If only one area is active, then other areas are apparently inactive, so that there is an apparent calm in the area of the overall consciousness. That is never the case, but we want to describe it that way first, and then go into it later in another blog post. When there is calm, so to speak, then the “active” subconscious is not distracted so much that it can perceive everything better. Now when you concentrate on something like your breathing, you block out even more processes that you are otherwise aware of. If you manage to focus strongly, something happens that the writer describes as follows. When you concentrate, you get into a state where you mentally take a step back, so to speak, so that your thoughts continue to emerge in front of you, but you are in a detached position where you can listen to the thought as if other beings were to them Talking thoughts and seemingly conversing. These thoughts are first stored in the thought pool and when the thoughts gradually penetrate to the so-called day consciousness for processing, then you consciously hear them in your thoughts and if you are able to take an observer position, then you listen to the thoughts of your subconsciousnesses, who all want to have a say. The ego consciousness is the consciousness that drives most of the thoughts, so you can assume that 90% of your thoughts are interspersed by the ego consciousness. There is a difference between having the 90% ego consciousness thoughts and whether a person is controlled by their ego consciousness. If a person temporarily surrenders the behavior to the ego consciousness, then the person is in a physical or social danger, so that the ego consciousness takes over control in order to free the person from this danger.
If you meditate, then you will first perceive the thoughts from the thought pool and this is already the biggest hurdle for beginners of meditation techniques, because they do not manage to break away from these thoughts from the thought pool. There are many methods for doing this, and the writer really uses an unusual method because he generally doesn’t care about all conventions and always looks for his own way. He is very creative and after trying many methods, he mainly uses the following: He makes himself comfortable and closes his eyes. When he calms his mind, he has very loud music playing on the side that drones into his head through headphones. When the writer calms down and relaxes, the music will always do the opposite, because his body literally wants to dance. His art lies in relaxing more and more, although everything in him wants to do something different. In this way he focuses on relaxing and hardly notices anything around him when the writer is resting, then his consciousness goes through several phases that he notices again and again and which he would describe with a jerk in his body, although his body is completely relaxed appears. When the writer goes through these phases, his consciousness recognizes less and less where it is because it steps through several levels that we have already addressed.
If the person can meditate for a long time, then they will perceive their body differently again and again, this can go so far that the person can no longer feel their body. If the writer practices his shift of attention, then the writer does this very consciously and in a real, long meditation the writer could just leave his body, but he never pushes it so far that he always remains in the body with his attention, but if he would remaining longer in his bizarre meditation, he simply climbs out of his body with almost full consciousness, although this is only figuratively speaking, because nobody really leaves his body, but you become aware that you have always been present on all levels.
What else happens in meditation, we ask? You appear with your present partial consciousness on the meditation stage, which is like the same as the dream stage. When you appear there, then your masters and teachers have long been prepared so that you will always learn something, for that you meditate too. The writer usually imagined a beach and we then created the beach to give him the impression that he was actually staying on a beach. The more a person exerts himself in these practices, the better the masters and teachers will prepare this experience for the person because they recognize the will of the person behind it. When you train something like this, the success you experience is actually related to the effort you are willing to invest. If you appear on the dream or meditation stage, then you will always be taught without exception, even if you do not perceive it that way, but there is always a lesson that takes place there and many masters will be present in some form to give you the support that you will need in this lesson. Much happens on these stages and most people who experience something in such states do not know it, because it is not at all important to know, because knowing about it always leads to a demystification, which many people like to experience that way want, so that only seekers can find out, even if we have to say that only very few people belong to this category of seekers, the writer clearly belongs in this category.
