A0313: What do parallel worlds represent?

We would rather speak of parallel universes, but there is also something similar to parallel worlds in these parallel universes. 

What is a parallel universe, we ask? A parallel universe is constantly being formed because the Wingmaker are constantly advancing the development of the universes. When the Wingmaker create a parallel universe, they take an existing universe and choose the setting a little differently, so that if the new universe is to arise, there are some differences to the existing universe. The new universe is an enormous energy package that has been adjusted in the necessary laws, so that the energy package is created by a huge “explosion”. Your big bang is real and every universe begins as an energy package and forms the new universe through the given laws, through the big bang. This is the emergence of a parallel universe in which the laws are somewhat different than in your universe and what do these parallel worlds represent, we ask? Nothing, because it is absolutely unlikely that the new universe will produce the same star constellations and that another earth will be created exactly where you are. There is actually a possibility how a copy of your universe is created, that has to do with an ignorant being trying to travel into the past, but it only creates a copy of the universe and thus it is not a parallel world.
