Earth was also a place that was chosen for biological life. Many planets in your solar system were already inhabited, but not in the way you are used to on Earth, but a lot has always happened in underground bases. Life like you do on earth is not rare, but it rarely arises on its own, so that it was always helped. So also with your earth, many now suspect that life is much older than the millennia that you usually have in your thought patterns. Before the earth came into existence, the universe was already densely populated, your lifespan is very small, but many beings can live for several thousand years, and this lifespan is something special that we would like to be asked soon. Beings who get so old also experience a lot and see the events from a different time perspective. If a process takes several hundred or a thousand years, it is part of their “everyday life” and we think that terraforming a planet doesn’t take long nowadays, but in the past it was a process that these beings accompanied for a lifetime, only to ultimately to enable life on a planet. Why do we tell all this, we ask? Because life is extremely precious and many beings in the universe do nothing but try again and again to make life possible in a different place. Earth has been supported in this for billions of years, even though it may seem unbelievable to most readers, but nothing on earth would have developed like this, if not for the support that was there from the beginning. The planet would have brought life, but nothing would appear the way it is today. Everything is in the hands of nature, you may think, but even your nature is supported every second by beings that you neither know nor can perceive. Nothing would be like you are used to and it should be the same. We do not say that people are controlled, but every person also receives support and the beings who do it do so out of love for life. That is why it is extremely important that the earth can “develop” as it is necessary to enable the diverse life. This also means that there should be no unwanted influence on them, which is why the moon has been shaped so richly with raw materials that the earth does not seem very interesting to most beings. If it is easier to mine the raw materials on the moon, so do the beings. We are not saying that the earth should not be visited, but the incentive to stay on the moon is much greater than having a base on earth.

The moon is not hollow, but there are huge cavities that are either natural or created by beings. People find it hard to build a base, but in general it’s pretty easy. The material that previously filled the cavity is simply converted into energy and everything that is needed can be produced with energy and certain raw materials. A base consumes energy, but it does not have to be produced by burning raw materials; energy is available in abundance in the universe, but if something is to be made from energy, certain raw materials are necessary and these raw materials are available in abundance in the moon.

It is in the nature of things that a base under the surface of the moon grows over time because the raw materials are mined on site and transformed into products. That is why there are bases as big as cities and many bases are interconnected. The means of transport can be compared to subways, only that they connect the places incredibly quickly for you. Many of these bases are closely monitored because a lot has already happened, by which we do not mean attacks like yours on Earth, but among the beings in the moon there are many who are not satisfied with how life is lived there. Many breeds differ in their lifestyle, some do not need much and others would like to have more. We think we have to say that there are strictly speaking classes in the moon and some have more and others less. Nobody gives up the space they have, but many would also like to have more. A lot of envy can be seen in the beings. The races that settle on the moon are at odds with each other, so there are often clashes. They are not as they appear in your films, but there are many covert maneuvers that cause a stir. However, many races are peaceful and they also share with groups that need it. But there are also beings that you would rather not meet without reason, because the outcome is not predictable.

But the moon has a lot to offer and we will now report from the council, which represents all races of the moon. The council is always composed of the beings that populate the moon as groups. It is not intended that a group also represents a race, but different beings can organize themselves in a group, so that the representatives of a group are always present in the council. If the group is large of its members, the representative of the group has many voting rights. A being can be a member of a group, but the being is only accepted in a group if it is not yet a member of another group, and the group can also reject the being if it has previously been noticed negatively. Politics is not the right name, but a lot of things would seem familiar to you. Some groups also join together on certain issues, giving the common representative more voting rights. Much there, as in the spiritual world, there is extensive advice before a decision is made. Many decisions also have to do with the earth and we believe that when spaceships are sighted on the surface of the moon, this was previously decided by the council. These large spaceships always fly visibly over the surface of the moon because many beings would like to have contact with Earth, but as long as mankind thinks they are alone in the universe, there will be no official contact. The council also decides on new places on the moon that can be allocated to a group. If a group needs a new location because the raw materials are more abundant there or the group would like to expand, then they make an application to the council, explaining why they need a new location. This application will be scrutinized and only if the applicant can prove why this new location is needed will it be voted on at all. These are the moments when many groups come together to refuse such an application because, for example, the group is already very present on the moon or because the location wants to be used by another group. It is like on earth, it takes a long time until a hotly contested place on the moon is awarded. People as a group are not represented on the moon, and humanity certainly does not have ownership claims. If you want to create a base on the moon, you don’t have to ask because the technology of humans is still in its infancy, but if you pursue bigger goals on the moon, then you have to join a group and vote for the People will surely have no importance in the decisions.

Only groups that are permanently present constitute a group at all. If members of a group are absent for a long period, the member’s vote no longer counts. The members of a group are not limited, but not everyone can become a resident of the moon. Residents of the moon are registered and many have been living there for many years, but if man decides to live permanently on the moon, he needs a place where he can live. There is the possibility to stay with a group. As on Earth, the being will commit to something in return. Many beings work in the group and in return it is cared for and can then become a member of the group. Now you’re thinking of the work you do on Earth, but it’s not like that. Beings do not come to the moon for no reason, but most beings want to make a difference. There are many ways in which a being can realize itself and many beings conduct research in various areas, so that a great deal of knowledge is gained on the moon. Many beings support people in making progress. Many beings are in telepathic contact with humans and sometimes they will also face each other, but this is extremely rare because these contacts must also be requested. The lunar population must adhere to certain rules. There are rules for the moon, for the earth, for other planets in the solar system. The rules can cause groups to leave the moon because they have not followed them. This has already happened and the group has been banished. By this we do not mean all members, but those who were responsible and who broke the rules. If a “group” was banished, the place will be reassigned, these moments cause a huge stir in the lunar population, but it does not happen too often.
