A0185: What is the general astral plane? – Part 8

The 9th level
This level is a level that is heavily populated and we also think there are all sorts of beings hanging around that also have nonsense in mind. By this we do not mean you humans, but beings who have power and do not agree with how the destinies are conducted in the spiritual world. Many beings want to make a change and therefore go on a confrontation course with the main factions. The main faction members can be considered the police you know. They are powerful and do not avoid arguments. If someone is discovered who violates the applicable laws or rules, he is arrested and, depending on the seriousness of the violation, warned or transferred to the respective main faction, where the being is convicted. After the sentence, the being can immediately leave the main faction and is then under observation. If the violation was serious, the creature must expect limitations. We mean certain violations are punished differently and beings are not locked up as is the case with you on Earth, but they are then no longer allowed to participate in certain activities. If a being does not agree with this, it has the option of commissioning a council at the 8th level to reassess the rule violation. The main factions are very precise with the interpretation of the sentence, so that the sentence is never reduced, but it happens that the council comes to a stricter sentence, which the convict must then accept. Even if the being still disagrees, it is the final judgment. If beings were condemned by angels or devils, they usually do not complain to the councils, it is different with the demons, they always give the strictest sentence, there the beings then hope for a milder judgment in the councils, but whatever is only confirmed. This 9th level is visited a lot by you humans. Those of you who actually go on a so-called out of body experience will quickly get to this level and explore it extensively. People are never alone and many 9th level beings are dedicated to observing beings who are on an out of body experience at this level. Most people who are astral are not aware of what they can do on an astral level. Take this writer, he is trying vehemently to prevent us from using him again as an example, but he has to endure it because he is committed to this task. So, this writer cannot travel astrally because his origin does not allow him to. Some embodied beings are excluded from astral journeys because in the state in which astral travelers find themselves, they cannot be completely controlled by the spiritual world. With his stubbornness, we are sure that there will be quite a riot on the spiritual level. Whoever speaks to the Creator as to his neighbor has no respect for authoritarian spiritual beings who try to enforce the rules and laws at the levels. If such a stubborn being is still endowed with power that is only unfolded on the spiritual level, riot is inevitable. The being who is the writer is particularly feared for it, therefore beings that have been created and have special characteristics, as embodied beings, cannot experience out of body experiences. The writer hates it when we talk about him so extensively, but he’s not making a face at the moment. We continue to report on the 9th level. At this level, in many places it looks like yours on Earth. It does differ, but in general we would say it looks like rural places and there are also many larger places that resemble metropolises. You can see a lot of technical things there and most landscapes and places are very beautiful. Why is that, we ask? We tell you, many of the spiritual beings like it that is because much is admired on Earth and other planets, so that in theory one thought is enough to manifest it on the spiritual level. We have already mentioned the level of matter and it takes a master among the spiritual beings to be able to conceive the beautiful and complex structures that persisted. These buildings are often very pompous and have a lot of bells and whistles to generate a special moment for the visitors. The 9th level energy is there for all beings and we think it has always been that way. A lot of things take place on this spiritual level that most people do not understand, but all beings on this level like to travel on this level and other levels, as well as in the worldly worlds in different dimensions. Even if the level is home to a large number of beings, there is no shortage of space, but it is rather that this level is so large that you could travel to places on the level forever without experiencing everything. We also think this level is home to many secrets that many spiritual beings don’t even know. There are areas on the ninth level where most spiritual beings do not dare to go because there are wayward beings who do not want to have anything to do with normal spiritual society. When the main factions patrol there, there are regular clashes with these beings. Much is then reported in the flash news and many horror stories are told that probably have little in common with reality. The writer would fit in there with his stubbornness, but we doubt whether the other beings see it that way. At least it can be said that there is a lot to see and experience on the 9th level. So that the spiritual world can lead a normal and regulated existence, many beings take care or we would also like to say that they make sure that the coexistence there is harmonious. However, this requires some rules that most spiritual beings follow, but beings who come from “abroad” probably do not know them, by this you are also meant by the earth. We will now explain some rules of conduct:

1. Always make sure that you never travel alone, always ask your spiritual guide for assistance on a trip, then the beings know that you are being guided.
2. Make sure that not all beings are fond of it when you visit the spiritual world as a person. If you encounter beings unkindly, excuse yourself and travel on, you should never engage in discussions. By that we mean disputes in general.
3. When you travel, don’t be loud in the sense of: I’ll call out loud and ask what’s going on here. Something like that is seen and heard reluctantly.
4. If you are traveling, be clear beforehand about what you actually want to see or experience. This must be followed because you are often asked about it on your way.
5. Do not grimace at other beings or do not pretend, the spiritual beings can perceive everything that you as human beings cannot perceive in other people.

If you do not comply with these rules of conduct, you may be prohibited from traveling on. This can be initiated in several ways, through the beings there.

• They scare you so that you wake up.
• They confuse you so that you wake up and lose interest in it.
• They let you wake up immediately, which always means that the beings block you for a certain time from out of body experience.

Whether you are guided on an out of body experience by your masters, whether you actually start such a trip on your own or whether you experience an adventure on the dream stage, can hardly be distinguished by you people. We also say that even if you are only on the dream stage and experience the so-called out of body experience, it is always an adventure for you, in which you collect a lot of knowledge and clues that will always grow and advance you. We would also like to address those who think that they have to walk on combative paths during the night and that they have to protect the worldly and spiritual world from mischief. Do you really think that your actions would actually affect any spiritual being? Do you really think the “Legion of Light” depends on the fact that you have a special task to keep evil away? You are extremely clever people who deal with these so-called dangers. Why have you not yet come to the conclusion that as a person you have practically no effect on the spiritual world as embodied beings? As a spiritual being after death it would at least be understandable, but as an embodied being you should and wanted to grow and nobody has decided to use its limited power to present any benefit for the spiritual world. All of you who think that you protect astral the worlds always go on an excursion to the dream stage and experience the adventures that you want so much. There is no Federation of Light or other communities that want to help humanity to take you to a new level. All of these are your ideas and wishes, which are presented to you by your masters on a dream stage. We are not saying that there are no communities, embodied or spiritual, that want to help people and the planet, but your so-called messages of light are always just motivations of the spiritual world to support you. But you almost make it a new religion, in which some people absolutely think they have to go to war. It’s like a virtual war game, but the player thinks it’s real. Stop it and use your time for sensible things and if you enjoy it so much, at least realize that it takes place on the dream stage. Nothing, but absolutely nothing, could affect a person, however powerful, to any spiritual being. Everything you experience in this direction, in a dream or in real life, is nothing but the next clue for you as a person where your path could run. The spiritual world is tireless to support you so that you can follow your chosen path. These paths never have anything to do with the salvation of mankind, they are supportive, but war games on a spiritual level do not support you in the long run. We actually wanted to tell something about the rules of conduct:

If you actually manage to get to the 9th level, you will meet all kinds of beings. Some will not perceive you in the sense of: you appear and immediately the beings’ attention is focused on you, but as with you, some live their lives and do not react to every being. But there are also beings that come directly to you and ask you the following questions. You should always know in advance what you want to answer.

1. „What are you doing here?“ If you don’t know the answer to that, you shouldn’t be there either.
2. „Who are you?“ You can always answer that conscientiously. The beings know who you are and test you with every question.
3. „What do you want to experience here?“ This must also be answered conscientiously. There is always a reason.
4. „Who brought you here?“ Warning, this is a trick question. If you say “I don’t know” or “That must have been God” you are not ready yet.
5. „What are you looking for here?“ The reason is circled further. You still haven’t got through, the being is not yet convinced of your sincerity.
6. „Why are you here right now?“ These are follow-up questions to get the astral traveler out of reason so that the person can be better assessed.

If you travel without being asked, then a marker with permission is already stored in your frequency pattern. The writer has a marker that does not allow him to do so, he should not even consciously experience an “out of body experience” in his room. Some of you have one or the other marker in you, which is why some people will never experience a real out of body experience or the masters prepare a dream stage on which you can experience something similar. Actually, you can never be sure whether the experience was a real out of body experience, unless you are one of these “light fighters”, then you know very well that this was not a real out of body experience, but a gift from your masters to you, for which they took a lot of effort operate.
