B044: What happened when the uprising caused the Anunnaki to leave Earth? – Part 8
Enki had to stand trial before a tribunal because the prosecution accused him of a serious offence against humanity. Not only had Enki’s actions cost the lives of many humans, but the climatic changes that had occurred and would continue as a result of the uplifting of the continental plates would have ensured that the flora and fauna of the earth would be weakened over a long period of time. Enki should be held accountable. The hastily convened tribunal presented many serious charges to prove that Enki had deliberately caused these disasters to occur. The tribunal was held beneath the surface of Mars because it is also the home of the Solar Council. Mars looks uninhabited, but if you knew the hustle and bustle that goes on beneath the surface in the underground cities, you would not believe what you would see. The Solar Council is made up of twelve members, each usually belonging to a different species or race. When a race or species may provide a council member is strictly regulated. We have described in detail how councils work in an entry on this subject. The Council did not have a human councillor at that time because mostly human beings in your star system were only found on Earth and as Earthly humans were still a less evolved race, they did not provide a councillor. If there are more candidates than Council places, the Council will not be enlarged from the twelve members, but the rules clearly demonstrate how the Council members are determined. The Grey species is represented on the Solar Council as well as the Marcihver and also the reptoid species. There are still quite strange-looking species that also make up a council member, but we have never addressed these species before. The twelve councillors who guided the destiny of your star system at that time were all species that would have scared a human to death at that time because they all have a non-human appearance. Even today, non-human councillors lead the Solar Council. But once Earthly humans have made their official first contact with an intelligent extraterrestrial species, they will provide a council member, even if it will not be immediately after first contact. Only when you can really do interstellar travel on your own will you provide a council member, because the Earth surface race has so many members that it can outdo other races and species with them. The Council at the time of the Little Flood consisted of non-human members. But since humanity is not only present in human races, but in all beings – physical or not – everyone was very upset about what was happening on Earth. Enki showed no emotion and we will now reproduce the opening statement of the prosecution so that you can understand what the tribunal was about.
“Welcome everyone! I would like to thank you for choosing me to present the charges against the Anunnaki by the name of Enki, who was unanimously found to be the one responsible for what happened to his group on Earth in our star system. As you all know, many grave disasters have occurred on Earth that we can clearly attribute to this being“, the accuser turned to Enki as he did so, signalling with a motion of his arm that he would hold Enki responsible.
“This being is responsible for the fact that parts of the earth were devastated, countless humans lost their lives and nature and society in this area suffered considerable damage. The future of the indigenous species has been negatively affected in the long run by this act of genocide. The earthly human race has been set back in its development by at least a thousand years. This being has fully consciously brought about all these conditions because its unnatural honour was threatened. Therefore, it saw no other way out than to initiate this genocide, which was not only unnecessary, but was carried out deviously and maliciously. This being is a danger to all species because it is guided by lower motives. Because its species is widespread and this being has great influence, it is likely that it will act in the same way or worse at the next opportunity. We would urge all concerned to pay close attention to how dastardly the group around this being has acted to wipe out all life on Earth. I thank you for your attention.”
With that, the prosecutor concluded his opening statement and the defence was allowed to begin presenting Enki’s motives.
“We stand here today because cruel things have happened to a man and since this man is one of the most famous personalities in our universe, you want to damage his reputation even more than it has already been desecrated by earthly humans. This tribunal does not want to investigate something that could also have sprung from a natural disaster, No! You want to damage the reputation of the most famous Anunnaki further than it is already being damaged at this moment, just because we are to be heard for something that may have natural origins. Continental plates are always in motion and the great Enki, although the earthly humans stabbed this generous Anunnaki in the back, wanted to save these humans from worse. It was only because we were interfered with by the likes of you that the impending catastrophe could not be averted. Although our great Enki did everything to ensure that our culture could continue on earth, you now want to accuse the greatest benefactor that earthly humans have of having done something that you yourselves are to blame for. We should be the accusers because you interfered in a rescue operation with your posturing, which resulted in the destruction of much on Earth. Why do you not have to justify yourselves when you have complete responsibility for Enki’s failure to save the entire Earth from a disaster that we have now been trying to prevent for so long? Why is Enki in the dock when you yourselves are responsible for everything? We ask you, why are you wasting our time?”
That this was all far-fetched was not only clear to all present, they were also surprised by the arrogance of the defence. Except, of course, Enki, who had actually found the defender’s speech rather restrained. What else happened on that first day is hardly worth mentioning, but let us tell you something about the council chamber where this tribunal was held. In the underground cities on Mars, there are many massive buildings. Each underground city has a massive dome that is so high that a person from the ground would not be able to see the ceiling of the dome. In the centre of an underground city there is always a massive main building that defines the purpose of the underground city. The underground city on Mars, which is only for the solar council of your star system, has a huge pyramid in the middle because pyramids are special. Energies can be concentrated in a pyramid. But a pyramid will also ensure by its geometry that all foreign energies are kept from entering a pyramid. This means, strictly speaking, that even telepathic communication from outside a pyramid into the pyramid is naturally inhibited and this is exactly the purpose of this pyramid. Neither should beings from outside be able to spy on the business goings-on in the pyramid, nor should information be able to get out without being exposed. There are possibilities of telepathic communication between beings inside the pyramid to the outside and vice versa, but these are strictly limited. The pyramid is so huge that several hundred thousand beings pursue their occupation within it. This underground city has no prison, so Enki was forbidden to leave your star system, but actually no one has to appear before a tribunal because no one can be forced to do so. However, if Enki were to simply leave, it would have far-reaching consequences for the Anunnaki species, so everyone was there voluntarily. The interstellar compulsion makes such a tribunal possible because non-participation would generate great disadvantages if the Anunnaki wanted something done in the universe. Enki took a dwelling for the time of the tribunal, even though he knew he would not stay long. No matter what the tribunal decided, Enki would soon be travelling around the universe again to collect gold for Eden. The Tribunal was followed closely by many star systems because the Anunnaki fostered human races wherever the native species was not yet advanced. Because the Anunnaki are a thorn in the side of many races and species, many eagerly awaited the solar council’s verdict. The judgement will then have a universal validity for other star systems, because the councils will always decide under very special rules and procedures. The Anunnaki were aware of this, so their arrogance could not be allowed to cross a fine line, because then the damage to Anunnaki society would be great, but if they stayed a little below that, they would be perceived as extremely victorious throughout the universe. That is why the defenders of the Anunnaki prepared long and hard for this trial. The next entry will focus on the arguments between the parties because you can learn a lot from them.
